GENERAL POLICIES
Rates are for single or double occupancy, per night, except for Two Bedroom Apartment, Two Bedroom Superior Apartment & Three Bedroom Apartment. 
Rates include buffet breakfast at Seven Seeds All-day Dining Restaurant.

Rates are applicable for 1-29 nights

Rates are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee per bedroom per night.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Apartments requiring check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of apartments will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted apartment rate and should be requested at time of reservation.

Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted apartment rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

CHILD POLICY

Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old.
Children 0 - 5.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Children 6 - 11.99 years old – Extra child supplement is chargeble  per night for child. The supplement includes breakfast and extra bed, where possible

MEAL SUPPLEMENTS

The HB and FB are served in Seven Seeds All-day Dining Restaurant.
Meal supplements include soft drinks.
Meal supplements does not apply to Ramadan iftar, New Year Gala dinner, theme nights and Festive meals (e.g. Easter, Christmas)
