Tourism Dirham of AED 20 per bedroom per night is applicable for all reservations in addition of the quoted rates above (subject to change by the local government).

High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection is included for all room categories and public areas in the hotel.

Daily complimentary beach shuttle service
Daily complimentary shuttle service to major shopping malls. Daily complimentary bus service is based on the fixed schedule which is subject to change and availability.
Free access to Hyatt Regency Dubai recreation facilities, including swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym facilities.

HALF BOARD / FULL BOARD SUPPLEMENT

HALF-BOARD (HB125) will be at additional charge  net per person per night
(Rates are only bookable on the BB rates) inclusive of lunch or dinner at The Kitchen
Restaurant (Set Menu) or Miyako (Set Menu) or Al Dawaar (International Buffet).
The LPO must state clearly that client is requesting for HB125
FULL BOARD (FB200) will be at additional charge of  net per person per night
(Rates are only bookable on the BB rates) inclusive of lunch and dinner at The Kitchen
Restaurant (Set Menu) or Miyako (Set Menu) or Al Dawaar (International Buffet).
The LPO must state clearly that client is requesting for FB200
Any of the above meal supplements can be applied over the full length of stay only

NOTE
Breakfast is served in The Kitchen restaurant for guests staying in King/Twin and View King/Twin rooms.
Breakfast is served only in The Regency Club Lounge & Terrace when booking
