Fees

Rates are including 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
AED20 Tourism Dirham fees per bedroom per night is applicable for the first 30 consecutive nights as per Dubai Executive Council Resolution N (2) of 2014. This fee will be collected from the guest upon check-in and will be added to the guests’ bill.
The hotel has the right to amend or to adjust the rates and shall be communicated to agents accordingly

Children Policy
Children between 0 – 5.99 years of age dine on complimentary in Accents restaurant while accompanied by dining parents.
Children between 6 – 11.99 years of age (inclusive) will receive a 50% food discount  adult meal supplements on the contracted rate. (Except Kid’s Menu)

Extra bed
Fixed extra bed charges will apply on Room Only basis and on Bed & breakfast as per rate sheet.
Children between 0 – 5.99 years of age will receive a complimentary extra bed only (subject to availability)
Children between 6 years and above of age, extra bed will be chargeable at the fixed extra bed charge

BED & BREAKFAST RATE: Full Buffet Breakfast will be served in Accents Restaurant from 06:30 am to 11:00 am. Room rate is inclusive breakfast of maximum up to 2 person in all room types.
Additional Breakfast: Charges will apply as per rate sheet.

Meals Supplement
Half board (Lunch or Dinner) and Full board (Lunch and Dinner): charges will apply as per rate sheet.

Stop Sale The hotel reserves the right to issue a Stop Sale notice. All confirmed existing reservations will be honored and the Travel Company will have 24 hours to report all outstanding reservations from the time of notice otherwise all reservations will be treated on a “Subject to Availability”
