RESTAURANTS AND MEAL PLANS
• Cover Charge might be applied in A La Carte Restaurants. Details provided in factsheet.
• A La Carte Restaurants are bookable for guests who stay with 3 nights and more.
• A La Carte Restaurants space are limited and subject to availability at the time of the booking.
• A La Carte Restaurants can only be booked during guests’ stays. No pre-booking will be accepted.
• Ultra All Inclusive meal plan includes Open Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Snacks and selected drinks are available at café/restaurants throughout the day. Ultra All Inclusive meal plan finishes with Breakfast on the day of departure.
• For three nights stay; guests are eligible for complimentary use of maximum two a la carte restaurants.
• For stays of four nights and above, guests are eligible for complimentary use of maximum three times a la carte restaurants. However extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.
• The Hotel reserves the right to close or to alter operating hours of the food & beverage or other outlets from time to time depending on hotel occupancy or weather conditions or any other operational issues, and will have no liability in this regard.
• Guests will neither be refunded for any unconsumed meals nor difference in price.

» GENERAL POLICY
• Minimum length of stay 3 nights is required (4 nights between 29 Dec 2024 and 01 Jan 2025) . For all bookings with length of stay below 3 nights, best available rates are applicable.
• Rates are only applicable for guests travelling on an FIT basis, not applicable to groups (Booked with 12 rooms and more), trade missions, exhibition delegates or corporate travellers.
• Double Bookings - In the case that the Hotel has sufficient reason to believe that a potential double booking may occur, due to an existing booking with same or similar booking details (name, number of rooms and dates) via a third party source, the Hotel may reject any new booking requests with the same booking details, even if from allotment, until the existing booking via a third party has been cancelled, followed by new request from the Company to the Hotel. The new request will then be dealt as per current availability chart.
• Minimum age of 21 years (as per UAE law) or above is required for a stay at the Hotel, unless minors are accompanied by parents or another legal adult guardian.
• No name change is allowed after the booking is confirmed.
• Early Departure - 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment the amount will be non-refundable.
• No name/date changes will be accepted. Name/date changes are considered as cancellation and will incur the applicable cancellation fee as per contract policy. The booking will be cancelled and a new booking will be made subject to best available rate and hotel availability.
New Year Bookings
Minimum Lenght of Stay is 4 Nights for arrivals between December 29, 2024 – January 01, 2025 (inclusive).
Check-out is allowed on the 31 December, 2024.
New Year Gala Dinner is compulsory and charges stated in the Rate Sheet
Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’ charge will apply.
• Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking.
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, subject to Hotel availability.
• Check-out between 12.00 Hrs and 18.00 Hrs: 50% of regular FIT contracted rate.
• Check-out after 18.00 Hrs: 100% of the nightly room rate.
• In order to guarantee late check-outs, this must be stated on the reservation form, with applicable charges.
• Kindly indicate the approximate departure time for each booking.
Child Policy
• Rates are per unit, as per MAX capacity mentioned in the chart.
• Extra Bed (Rollaway bed) and baby cots are subject to availability
• Children from 12 years old are considered and charged as adults
• Kids policy and MAX occupancy will be applied as per Rate Sheet

• Unlimited Access to the World’s Largest Waterpark (Aquaventure Waterpark)
We are pleased to inform you that we have extended the contract with Aquaventure Waterpark until 31st December, 2025 (incl) that provides Complimentary Unlimited Access to the World’s Largest Waterpark to the guests staying at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites.
The T&C will remain the same with a slight update: The entry to the park will be limited only to one time per day. That means that the guest will not be allowed to re-enter the park the same day after they leave the park.
Terms & Conditions:
•This benefit applies to all room categories
•MLOS 4 nights stay is required
•Number of tickets equivalent to the number of guests staying in the room per night
•Guests are entitled to one park entry per person per day during the stay period (e.g., a 7-night stay entitles each guest to 7 entries, one per day)
•Aquaventure Waterpark operating hours: 10 AM until Sunset
•Aquaventure Day Pass entitles to access to Aquaventure Waterpark & Beach area only
•Age Classification:
oInfant: Below 3 years old (Free of Charge)
oChild: 3 to 7 years old and below 1.2 meters height
oAdult: above 7 years old and above 1.2 meters height
•Children under 3 years old will be given a free entry to the Waterpark
•Vouchers will be issued by Guest Relations Team for each guest separately
•The voucher is valid only for the date, room number and name written on the voucher. It cannot be transferred to other names. Multiple entries are not permitted with the same voucher
•The hotel will organize shuttle services on a daily basis FOC. Guests are also free to use their own transport or taxi during the day
•Aquaventure Waterpark and Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites reserve the right to stop this partnership at any time
•Guests may rent the towels and lockers from Aquaventure Waterpark with an extra cost
•Please be informed that the guests will not be allowed to take hotel’s towels to the Waterpark
•To adhere to copyright and advertising guidelines, the added value must be advertised exclusively as "Unlimited Access to the World’s Largest Waterpark."
