Children Policy:
-No charge for children under 12 when occupying same room as adult(s) and using existing beds in rooms.

Extra Adult Charge:
-Rates are for single/double occupancy only. Each additional adult will be charged.
-Rollaway Bed Adult Charge: Hotel provides rollaway beds at a cost of  per day.

HB cannot be avail for Christmas Eve Dinner 24^th December 2024– can be taken only as lunch.

HB cannot be avail for Christmas Day Dinner 25^th December 2024 – can be taken only as lunch.

HB cannot be avail on New Year's Eve 31^st December 2024 – can be taken only as lunch.

Parking: Hotel offers valet parking on complimentary basis for all Guest.

BENEFITS APPLICABLE FOR BOOKING OF CLUB ROOM AND ABOVE:
Any bookings made on Club Rooms and above categories will benefit from Club Lounge Access:
At Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, Club means a higher level of comfort, complete with special touches like complimentary daily breakfast at the Club Lounge (limited selection of items), premium selection of beverages and snacks available 24 Hours throughout the day, as
well as premium internet. Daily 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm the Guest can enjoy happy hours, inclusive of alcohol beverages and hot appetizers.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM check-out time is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
