Rollaway Beds: Hotel provides rollaway beds with below supplementary charges:
Mandatory Charges: Tourism Dirham fee per bedroom per night, payable at the Hotel by the guest upon checkout.

Tourism dirham fee for Family Room is per night, as it consists of two
bedrooms. Payable by the guests upon check-in.
Parking: Hotel offers complimentary self-parking and valet parking.
Porterage: Hotel will provide Porterage service at no additional cost

HB meal plan: if guests would like to experience one of our specialty restaurants (“Peacock” Chinese Restaurant, or “Al Hadiqa”), guests can select tailor-made restaurant set menus (available only during restaurants’ operating hours (operating hours are subject to change & advance reservation is required)

Half or Full Board meals cannot be taken in the Beach Bar, Beach Lawns or at special events. Should guests choose to dine in these areas or during such events, the hotel reserves the right to charge them according to the published selling price.
Un-consumed meal plan is not reimbursable to the guests nor will the hotel reimburse the difference.
Half board bookings on Saturday(s) are for Dinner only.
Half Board bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) and on New Year’s Eve (31 December) are for Lunch only.
Full Board and All-Inclusive bookings are subject to mandatory New Year Festive Dinner supplement on 31-Dec-24.
During the Ramadan period, Breakfast/Suhour is delivered in the room for the fasting guests. Normal Breakfast timings applies for the non-fasting guests. Dinner/Iftar is served in Palm Garden or Lawn Area after Maghrib Prayer. Guests cannot exchange Breakfast for Iftar; Breakfast can interchangeable to Suhour.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME: Check-in time is 15:00hrs, check-out time is 12:00hrs. All guests arriving before 15:00hrs will be
accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are
subject to cancellation damages. The daily cancellation fee will not be contingent on Hotel’s occupancy for the nights for which rooms are
cancelled. No-shows must be paid without reliance on vouchers due to the inability of the client to present the voucher. Should you fail to pay the cancellation fee, Hotel may cancel your billing privileges and/or this agreement, at Hotel’s sole discretion, without any obligation or liability whatsoever. No refunds will be provided for early departure. The cancellation policy may be changed by Hotel at any time in Hotel’s sole discretion.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights(Whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our dining outlets; our all day dining restaurant Palm Garden and our Indian specialty restaurant, Chilli & Chutney.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining the highest standards at our facility, both of our restaurants will temporarily closed as we will be undertaking significant renovations to enhance our facilities and elevate the dining experience for all our valued guests.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to ensuring that this temporary closure does not affect the quality of service. To mitigate any disruption, we have arranged for an alternative dining venue, which will be available to accommodate our guests during this period.
