 All rates are quoted in local currency - AED.
 All rates are net, per room per night, applicable for single and / or double occupancy, inclusive of Buffet Breakfast
and non-commissionable.
 All rates are inclusive of 10 % Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fee and 5% VAT.
 The above rates are subject to the Tourism Dirhams Fee of AED 20.00 per bedroom per night, separately charged
directly to the guest.

 Complimentary Wi-Fi in Rooms and Public Areas
 Gym Access
 Access to Jacuzzi and Sauna
 Access to Swimming pool
 Complimentary shuttle buses the JBR Public Beach and Dubai Marina Mall
 Celebrations (Birthday/ Honeymoon/ Anniversary) – a small cake and a card will be placed in the room.
Communication needs to be done upon the booking request.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

 Bedding requirements (KING or TWIN) are subject to availability on the day of arrival

 Extra Bed can be placed in all room types based on the rooms description in the above table
 Baby Cot for infants (0-1.99) will be provided free of charge subject to availability.
 Children (0-5.99 years of age) can share their parent’s room on existing bedding based on same parent’s meal

Children (6-11.99 years of age) Compulsory Extra bed . Extrabed charges apply as mentioned above.

MEALS SUPPLEMENTS T&C

 Half Board (Dinner will be served at La Fontana Restaurant) includes food and bottled local water only. All additional beverages will be charge as per consumption & will be posted to the guests’ folio and paid by the guest directly

HB+ supplement per adult will be served with 2 bottle of beer or2 glasses of house wine per meal per person

HB+ supplement per child per night will be served with 2 soft drinks or 2 chilled juices per child per meal

 Full Board (Lunch and Dinner will be served at La Fontana Restaurant) includes food and bottled local water only. All additional beverages will be charge as per consumption & will be posted to the guests’ folio and paid by the guest directly

FB+ supplement per adult per night will be served with 2 bottle of beer or2 glasses of house wine per meal per person

FB+ supplement per child per night will be served with 2 soft drinks or 2 chilled juices per child per meal

 Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2024 at  per adult (including food and house beverage)  child (06-11.99 years old), including food and non-alcoholic drinks will be charged on top of room rate

 Check- in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
 Early check in and late check out are subject to hotel availability.
 Early check in prior to 09:00 hours - 50% of the Room Rate and prior to 06:00 hours - 100% of the Room Rate.
 Late check out until 14:00 hours –subject to availability and free of charge
 Late check at 14:00-18:00 hours - 50% of the Room Rate / After 18:00 hours - 100% of the Room Rate
