The resort’s leisure facilities include the award-winning Jiva Spa, showcasing authentic Ayurvedic wellness treatments, a 24-hour fitness centre, an
Olympic-sized swimming pool, a private beach, recreation areas for kids and young adults, putting greens and tennis courts. Sprawling banqueting spaces with state-of-the-art technology makes the resort an ideal choice to host conferences, weddings, as well as corporate and social events.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 12 January 2024 – 11 January 2025

• Rates are in AED, non-commissionable, inclusive of bed and breakfast (Room Service breakfast is not included), 7% Dubai Municipality fee and 10% service charge and 5% VAT
• The Tourism Dirham Fee is not included in the stated Rates, and needs to be paid by the guests directly to the hotel upon checkout
Rates available for FIT use only - up to 9 paying rooms per booking
• Rates are not valid for trade missions, exhibition delegates or corporate / government travels

EBO CONDITIONS
•Early Bird Discount applies on regular contracted room rates and applicable on Extra Adult Supplement.
• Early Bird Discount is not applicable on meal supplements (Half Board / Half Board Plus, Full Board and Full Board Plus supplement).

MEAL PLAN CONDITIONS
•12 years above considered adult and full charge applicable
• Children aged 0 – 11.99 years old = included in the room rate when sharing parent’s accommodation
• Children up to 11.99 booked on Half Board/Full Board are only entitled for Kids Menu, if Adult HB/FB Menu is required, Half Board/Full Board Supplement as per the contract 2024-2025 is to be charged additionally 50% of Adult Meal supplement rate
• On 31st December Half Board will be available for lunch only
• On 31st December Full Board will not be available
• Guests are entitled to choose either lunch or dinner on daily basis when staying on Half Board. Dine around available in selected outlets only
• Guests are entitled for lunch and dinner on daily basis when staying on Full Board. Dine around concept is available in selected outlets.

DINE AROUND PLUS
*Drinks supplement is available for Lunch or Dinner only and includes an unlimited beverage package as per below conditions:
• Drinks to be consumed exclusively during the meal time, while dining in the outlet
• Unlimited alcohol package for adults only, as per applicable local regulation
• Drinks package is not applicable from 24 December 2024 to 04 January 2025.

• NEW YEAR’S PERIOD
  • A minimum stay of 5 nights applies for arrival from 27 December 2024 to 04 January 2025 (Both Dates Inclusive)
  • All stays and stay through from 27 December 2024 to 04 January 2025 will be secured against a 100% non-refundable payment to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival
  • No Check-in’s or Check-out’s permitted for the night of 31st December.

• Tea and coffee service throughout the day
