Terms & Conditions:
• Tourism Dirham: Further to Dubai’s Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, Tourism Dirham is a minimal charge of AED 20 to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday
homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night, effective 1st March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from the guests at check-out.
• A minimum lenght of stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings (excluding Christmas & New Year supplement dates seperate MLOS is applicable).
Event Dates Policy:
• Children between the ages of 0.00 – 05.99 years is free of charge.
• The New Year’s Eve Dinner is compulsory for all guests staying at the resort on 31st December 2023.
• 31st December only Lunch will be offered to guests booked on HB meal plan.
• NYE dinner supplement to be included as mandatory under all meal plans booked inclusive of guests booked under Soft All Inclusive packages.
• The dinner seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Check-in / Check-out Time:
• Check-in is from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM. Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require
a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested
during the time of reservation.
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate.
For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).
• Early departures: Guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
